ATTENTION: Testing is on Friday Night!!!

Our upcoming testing scheduled for Saturday, February 13th has been moved to Friday night, February 12th!  We will have a guest instructor from Roanoke, VA coming in to perform a demonstration. 

Saturday morning, we will have a special seminar taught by Mr. Robby Lacy.  Mr. Lacy is a 7th degree black belt and is the highest rank in Taekwondo America.  He has agreed to come in and teach a special class Saturday morning.  Everyone should make an effort to be here for this!

Regular Schedule resumes Monday, Jan. 04

Our regular schedule will resume Monday, January 4th. The schedule will be as follows:
Dragons – 3:30
White – Sr. Orange Jrs. – 4:00
Green – Blue Jrs. – 5:00
Brown – Black Jrs. – 6:00
Adults – 7:00

Modified Schedule

Here is the schedule for the next few days at Charlotte Taekwondo America:

Modified Schedule will be 5:30 kids and 6:30 adults.

December Newsletter has been uploaded

Awards Ceremony / Christmas Party

Thursday’s Awards Ceremony and Christmas party will start at 6:30 pm and will last about an hour.  Students are NOT required (or encouraged) to wear their uniform to this ceremony.  Festive holiday attire will be best!

If you would like to stay for the Christmas party following the Awards Ceremony, please remember to bring something to share with you.  Hors d’oeuvres, cakes, cookies, chips and dip, drinks, ice, plates and napkins, …  Anything that you bring would be a welcomed addition to our spread!

So bring it in, help us celebrate, and Merry Christmas!

Modified Schedule tonight, Regular Schedule tomorrow

Tuesday night we will have a children’s class at 5:30.  All children of all ranks are welcome to come to this class. 

At 6:30, we will have a family class.   Children and adults are both welcome to come in and work out together for this class.  (Even you moms and dads that don’t usually do taekwondo with us!)

Wednesday we will have our regular schedule.

No classes Monday

Remember to check the website for this week’s schedule, including the Parent’s Shopping Day (Holiday Happiness Day) this Saturday from 10:45 until 4:00.  Don’t miss out!!!

9:45 for all kids, 11:15 for adults .  Demonstration by Mr. Wilbert Moore.

Monday – December 14 – No classes.

Tuesday – December 15 – 5:30 Kids Class   6:30 Family Class.  Choose one or the other, not both.

Wednesday – December 16 – Regular Schedule

Thursday – December 17 – Awards Ceremony @ 6:30 pm.  No Uniforms.  Christmas party following.

Friday – December 18 – Regular schedule resumes.

Saturday – December 19 – Adults @ 10:00 , Kids @ 11:00 . 
Holiday Happiness Day 12:00 – 4:00 $20  Drop off your child at 10:45 for class and let us keep them for you ’til 4:00.  Over 5 hours of child care for $20!

Remember that juniors need to be at testing ready to start by 9:45 am.  Adults need to be ready to go at 11:15 am.
